All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed. Therefore any shipments that require cancellation must be done prior to shipping.
ExtenzeStore will guarantee delivery of your product, however; we cannot guarantee a date of delivery. If product inventory is low, orders may be placed on backorder. If you choose to cancel your backorder, you may do so with a 5% processing fee.
Privacy
Extenze Store assures you the utmost privacy, and we will never redistribute your information to a third party. Email contact is restricted to customer service related issues and ordering.
ExtenzeStore does not solicit or spam, and all email correspondences are simply to provide our customers with better support.
Refunds and Guarantees
Extenze Store offers a 90 day satisfaction guarantee which is designed to protect our customers. ExtenzeStore.com will only offer refunds on unopened bottles at the original purchase price. In order to be eligible for a refund all opened and unopened bottles or boxes must be returned.
In the event that there are missing bottles a refund will not be issued in accordance with our policy. Refunds will not be issued on unopened bottles or one month supplies.
